Spence is provided free of charge, without advertising, affiliate marketing or the sale of services. It helps adults track their household subscriptions and fixed costs locally. It is not a financial advisory service and does not act with suppliers on the user's behalf.
Availability and liability
The publisher endeavours to provide a useful and functional service, but does not guarantee continuous availability, freedom from errors or suitability for a particular situation. The service may be corrected, changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Local data
Information entered in Spence remains on the user's device. The user is responsible for its accuracy, the security of their device and any backup they consider necessary. Deleting data from the application settings is permanent.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the service structure, code, texts, graphics, logos, screenshots and other constituent elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or exploitation is prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions and expressly stated licences.
